Six separate tools, one hive.

Why support plans rarely reach homework
Most schools write good plans. The trouble is where they live. A plan in a Word file can't switch on read-aloud at 7pm. WizdoBee puts the plan inside the work.
Today in most schools
The IEP lives in a Word fileIt is shared at a termly meetingSome worksheets are adapted by handHomework happens in another app, without supportsEvidence is gathered before an inspectionWith WizdoBee

Most schools run teaching and inclusion across a classroom app, Word files, spreadsheets, practice apps, and WhatsApp. None of them share data.

From the year plan to the evidence pack
Five steps, the same every week. Steps three to five happen by themselves.
- PlanCurriculum set once a term
- ApproveTeacher checks every version
- AdaptSupports applied automatically
- LearnIn class or at home
- ReviewRubric, reports, and evidence
Grows with every student, from Elementary through High School

What each person sees
These are screens from the working demo, with fictional students.
Students
- All classwork and homework in one list, on any device.
- Their supports switch on by themselves. Diagnoses are never shown.
- Answer by typing, speaking, drawing, a photo, or a voice or video recording.
- Ask the Bee Guide for a hint. It never gives the answer.
- Earn honey, fill the hive, and collect badges for effort and second tries.

Teachers
- Stream, classwork by unit, gradebook, and roster, like Google Classroom.
- AI drafts three levels from the teacher's own file. The teacher approves.
- A live class view sorts students into smart groups, with messages to choose from.
- Mark with their own rubric. AI suggests levels from all of the work, including drawings.

Inclusion team
- Build a Learner Passport: 17 needs and 32 supports, suggested by AI and confirmed by the team.
- Draft IEPs with measurable goals and track progress from real work.
- Act on wellbeing alerts and early concern flags.
- Approve outside tutors before they see anything.

Families
- Tonight at a glance: done, in progress, or not started.
- A weekly report written from checked work, in English or Arabic.
- Message the teacher in any language. Never required.
- Invite a tutor and choose exactly what they can see.

Leaders
- Progress for students of determination, Emirati, and gifted students.
- Set the curriculum and scheme of work once for every class.
- An evidence pack for any of the six inspection standards.
- A full activity log of every message and action, with CSV export.

Supports that follow the student
The inclusion team records what helps each student once. WizdoBee applies it in every subject and every task. Teachers don't set anything up.
Try the read-along a student hears
A big storm came. Milo watched the waves. Mr. Finn turned on the big lamp. A ship was out at sea, so the light had to stay on all night.
Nine things you won't find in one place anywhere else
Classroom apps handle assignments. Inclusion tools handle paperwork. WizdoBee joins them, and adds what both leave out.
Supports that follow the student
Recorded once by the inclusion team. Applied in every subject and every task, in class and at home.
Three levels from your own file
Core, Supported, and Foundation versions drafted from the teacher's lesson. Students never see a level label.
An AI helper that won't cheat
The Bee Guide gives hints and explains another way. It refuses to give answers, in English or Arabic.
Wellbeing that reaches a person
Upsetting words, late nights, and sudden silence raise an alert for named staff, the same day.
Built for Arabic-speaking families
Family pages, reports, and messages in Arabic, with right-to-left layout.
One sign-in, not seven
Reading, math, times tables, portfolio, and music are built in. No extra apps, no extra passwords.
Evidence on any day
Every support, hand-in, and action is filed under the six UAE inspection standards as it happens.
Help over school breaks
Before each break, teachers share a short practice plan for each student, chosen from their work.
Music, by instrument
The music teacher assigns each student an instrument and part. The app plays, lights up notes, and keeps time.
Learning that feels like a game, without leaving anyone behind
Students earn honey for every part, fill their hive as they finish tasks, build combos for right-first-time answers, and collect badges such as Brave asker and Second look. Points reward effort and improvement, not just speed.
- Levels from Busy Bee to Queen Bee
- Confetti, chimes, and combos, or a calm version for students who need it
- Times tables sprints with an optional class top five

The AI works for your teachers, from your materials
Teachers keep the decisions. The AI drafts, explains, and suggests, and every suggestion is labeled.
Teachers approve everything
Every task, catch-up, and comment is a draft until a teacher approves it.
Your materials only
AI uses the school's curriculum, required materials, and the teacher's own files, nothing from the open web.
Hints, never answers
The Bee Guide explains the question another way. If a student is still stuck, it's saved for the teacher.
People decide
Alerts go to named staff. Early concern flags suggest a screening; they never diagnose.
Labeled as AI
Every AI suggestion is marked, with a one-line reason the teacher can check.
Evidence you can measure, on any day
All three regulators inspect against the same six UAE standards. WizdoBee files evidence under each of them as students work, even with 24 hours' notice.
Progress by group
Students of determination, gifted, English learners, and Emirati students, side by side.
IEP goal progress
Each goal tracked from real classwork and homework, not a termly guess.
Work done independently
Which tasks were finished without adult help, per student and per class.
Supports in use
Every accommodation used, with dates, documenting the student's normal way of working.
Wellbeing
Alerts raised and actioned, and how students said each task felt.
Activity log
Every message, hand-in, changed answer, and staff action, exportable as CSV.

"I'm Andrea, and I'm a mom of children who learn differently. I started WizdoBee because I've seen how hard school can be for them, and how much easier it gets when the right help is there at the right moment. WizdoBee builds that help into everyday classwork and homework, so every student gets what works for them. It helps teachers too: no more making three versions of everything by hand, and a clear view of who needs what. And parents can see how things are going without having to chase anyone. It's for the whole class: students who need extra support, students who are ready for more, and the teachers who make it all work."
See it with your own classes in mind
We'll walk your leadership and inclusion team through the demo, and set up a pilot for next term if it fits. We reply within two working days.
Questions schools ask
Can it replace Google Classroom?
Yes. WizdoBee has a class stream, classwork organized by unit, quizzes, materials, a gradebook, rubrics, a comment bank, roster, and join codes. It adds what Classroom doesn't do: each student's support plan applied to every task, three levels of every assignment, and the inclusion records. Schools that want to keep Google Classroom or Teams can, and sync is planned.
Do students still need logins for other apps?
Fewer. Reading practice, adaptive math, times tables, and the portfolio are built in, so students sign in once. Apps the school keeps open from a "My apps" page with single sign-on through the school's Google or Microsoft accounts (planned for launch).
Which curricula does it support?
Any curriculum a UAE private school follows: American, British, IB, Indian, UAE Ministry of Education, and others. The AI works only from the school's own standards, year plans, and required materials.
Does it work for Elementary, Middle, and High School?
Yes. The demo includes a Grade 3, a Grade 7, and a Grade 10 class with their own teachers, tasks, and music classes.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. Teachers approve every task and comment. The inclusion team confirms every support and edits every IEP. Parents sign the IEP. Alerts go to people, who decide what to do.
Do students see their diagnosis?
No. Students only see "Things that help me". Diagnoses stay with the inclusion team, and families decide who else can see the Passport.
Will students just get the answers?
No. The Bee Guide gives hints and explains the question another way. Students can go back and change answers until the teacher checks the work, and every change is logged.
What does it cost?
Schools pay per student, per year. Contact us for pricing and pilot terms.
What stage is WizdoBee at?
A working demo with fictional students. We're recruiting UAE schools for a pilot, run as an independent study.
